This is a structured, three-month intensive program that combines proven theory with practical, on-the-job application. It is built on the proven, university-backed principles of the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP). As a former US Navy Master Training Specialist, I have designed this program to deliver tangible skills, not just theory. 

• Month 1: Foundation & Assessment: We begin by understanding your unique challenges and leadership style. Weekly coaching calls focus on foundational skills like effective delegation, running high-impact meetings, and setting clear team goals.

• Month 2: Skill Building & Application: We shift focus to critical "people skills." Weekly coaching calls cover giving feedback, managing conflict, and coaching for performance. You'll receive practical assignments to apply these skills directly with your team.

• Month 3: Strategic Leadership & Sustainment: We elevate your focus to more strategic topics, including leading change, basic process improvement, and building a resilient team culture. We conclude by creating a sustainable personal development plan for your future.

Throughout the program, you will receive a curated set of resources to accelerate your growth. 

1. A Personalized Leadership Development Plan: A living document outlining your specific goals and action steps.
2. The NorthElevate Leadership Toolkit: A set of practical templates and resources (e.g., meeting agenda templates, feedback scripts, delegation worksheets).
3. Twelve (12) Private 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: The core of the program, focused entirely on your development.
4. On-Demand Support: Access to me via email for quick questions or advice between our scheduled sessions.
5. Final Competency Report: A summary of your growth and a clear plan for your continued development.
