For over a decade, my career placed me in some of the most demanding, high-stakes environments imaginable—from operating nuclear reactors on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers to managing the mission-critical data centers that power Fortune 500 companies. In these roles, I learned a fundamental truth: flawless, multi-million-dollar systems are only as effective as the leaders and teams who run them.

I saw firsthand how clear, efficient processes could eliminate chaos, but I also saw that it was confident, well-trained leaders who truly unlocked a team's potential. Too often, small and medium-sized businesses lack access to the frameworks that integrate both of these critical areas.

That's why I founded NorthElevate Consulting. I wanted to bring that same elite level of operational discipline and practical leadership development to the businesses that form the backbone of our community.
